Who actually funds C-PACE deals
Most state C-PACE programs publish the capital providers registered to fund in their jurisdiction. The lists are public and useful — and completely fragmented. Each one lives on its own program site, in its own format, and several have not been touched in years.

Official provider lists by program
A provider appearing on one of these lists has registered with that program, which usually means it is actively looking for deal flow in that state. That is a meaningfully different signal from a general lender directory.

Active programs without a published provider list
These states have active C-PACE programs but no public capital provider directory we could locate on the verified date. For a project in one of these, the program administrator is the right first call — they know who is lending even when the website does not say.

Tell us the property and the scope. Matching it to a provider that funds that size, in that state, for that property type is the part we do.
- Commercial and business purposes only — we do not place consumer loans.
- If the project does not qualify, we say so and tell you what would change that.
- No credit pull to get an answer on program eligibility.
