SpecialLoan is not a bank, a lender or a program administrator. We are a financing advisory and placement service operated by BestLoanUSA. Nothing on this site is a commitment to lend, an offer of credit, or an approval of any kind.

Commercial purposes only

All financing discussed and placed through this site is for commercial and business purposes. We do not offer, arrange or place consumer credit, residential mortgages, or any financing for personal, family or household use.

Compensation

We are compensated by the lender or capital provider when a financing closes. This may influence which providers we work with regularly, and you should weigh that as you would with any intermediary. It does not change our position that we will not place products we consider harmful.

Accuracy and dating of program information

Program terms, guarantee percentages, rates and state availability change. Every figure on this site carries the date it was last verified and, where possible, a link to the primary source. Verified figures are accurate to the best of our knowledge on that date only. Before you rely on anything here for a financing decision, confirm it against the relevant agency, state program or capital provider.

State C-PACE status marked “authorized” means enabling legislation exists but program operations were not confirmed. It should not be read as availability.

Licensing

Commercial financing intermediary licensing requirements differ by state. We arrange financing only where we are permitted to do so. Where we are not, we will say so.
