What we collect

If you submit the eligibility form we collect the name, email address, property state, project size and description you provide, together with the date and time of submission and the consent confirmations you check. We collect aggregate analytics about site usage. We do not collect government identification numbers, bank account numbers or credit information through this site.

What we do with it

We use it to assess which financing programs your project may qualify for and to contact you about that enquiry. Where a program requires it, we may share the project details with a lender, capital provider or program administrator in order to seek terms. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with parties who are not working on your enquiry.

Contact consent

The consent checkbox on our form is never pre-checked. We record when you gave consent. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any message from us or writing to hello@specialloan.com, and we will stop contacting you.

Retention and removal

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve the enquiry and to meet record-keeping obligations. To have your information deleted, write to hello@specialloan.com and we will confirm once it is done.
